Find the workshop

We are based in Ntshangasehaven, Free State, and most of our work happens within a two-hour drive. If you are coming from outside the area, call ahead and we will point you to the right gate and tell you where to park a trailer.

Workshop address

66359 Stewart Route Suite 271
Ntshangasehaven, FS 2650

The yard sits behind the fuel depot on Stewart Route. Look for the orange tool shed and the row of parked loaders. If you reach the old railway crossing, you have gone about a kilometre too far.

Getting here

  • From the N1: take the Stewart Route exit and follow the road east for about 6 km. The workshop is on your left, just past the second set of traffic lights.
  • From town centre: head south on Market Street, turn onto Stewart Route and continue until you see the fuel depot. We are directly behind it.
  • By courier: use the street address above. The gate code is 4719, and the receiving bay is open from 07:30 to 16:30 on weekdays.

Contact the team

For repair bookings, parts enquiries, or a second opinion on a machine problem, call or email. We answer the phone between 07:00 and 17:00 on weekdays, and on Saturday mornings until noon. If we are under a machine, leave a message and we will call back the same day.

Phone

For urgent breakdowns, mention that you need the duty mechanic when you call.

Send photos of the problem if you can. A clear picture of a leaking hose or a worn track link helps us prepare before you arrive.

Workshop hours

Monday to Friday: 07:00 - 17:00
Saturday: 08:00 - 12:00
Sunday and public holidays: closed

If you are bringing a machine in for a scheduled service, try to drop it off the evening before so we can start first thing in the morning. For warranty work on new equipment, bring your purchase paperwork and the service history from the previous inspections.

Get in Touch with the Shop Floor

Whether you have a question about a repair guide, want to share a troubleshooting story from your own workshop, or need advice on a stubborn machine, we read every message. Our team is made up of people who have spent time around greased parts and diesel engines, so you will get a straight answer, not a sales pitch.

If you are dealing with an urgent breakdown, calling is usually faster than email. For detailed questions about a specific article or a maintenance routine you are planning, email works well and lets you attach photos of the problem.

During planting and harvest seasons, phone lines may be busier than usual. If you do not get through, email is the most reliable way to reach us and we will respond within one working day.

Send us your shop question

We read every message and route it to a mechanic or editor who actually works on this equipment. If you describe a symptom, include the machine model and hours if you have them. That context helps us give a more useful answer.

Expect a reply within two working days. If your question is urgent and tied to a machine that is down, call the shop line instead and mention the make and model.
